This class has been designed to provide you the opportunity to learn and experience movement and hands-on techniques. You will experience changes in your joint and tissue mobility. Learn techniques you can integrate with any current exercise program including any stretching or strengthening program you are already doing.

Running Well® Introductory Clinic Dates: 2nd Wednesday through March & September
Where: LoHi Physical Therapy
Time: 5:30-7:00pm
This program teaches you the mechanics of alignment to coordinate the hips, trunk and shoulders so the muscles are in position to do their job. From core drills to trunk training and plyometrics, you will complete the program with all the training you need to reach your goals. In addition to the introductory class, we offer 3 & 6 Week Program Sessions – Contact us for information about those programs!

This program is designed to help you recover from injury and get back in the game or improve your game and prevent injury! Peter Szymanski, PT, CFMT is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).
The TPI screening is designed to identify structural, soft tissue, and motor control issues body, which affect your swing.
