Denver Post — The redevelopment of the former St. Anthony Hospital campus in west Denver has reached West Colfax Avenue. Construction is underway on the first new structure fronting the major thoroughfare, a 6,000-square-foot retail building at the corner of Raleigh Street and Colfax.
WestWord — Earlier this month, Highland Tap and Burger owner Juan Padro said that he was focusing on employee training and that “our plan is to grow the Tap brand.” Padro and his wife, Katie O’Shea-Padro, are bringing the Tap brand to the St. Anthony’s development just south of Sloan’s Lake in a new restaurant to be called Tap and Burger at Sloan’s Lake.
Denver Real Estate Watch — Hines, the giant Houston-based development company with a large and growing presence in Denver, on Tuesday night unveiled details of a 250-unit, luxury apartment community on the former St. Anthony’s hospital campus across from Sloan’s Lake.
